COMMISSIONER TO DISMISS THE CLAIM AGAINST THE STATE OF
JOSEPH ELLIS.
Resolved by this Assembly:

That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 24928 of 1
said commissioner, ordering the dismissal of the claim against the state 2
in excess of twenty thousand dollars of Joseph Ellis, is confirmed. 3
