Be it resolved by the Senate: 3
SECTION 1. Having given due consideration to the matter, the Senate confirms Dr. 4
Devdutta Sangvai as Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services. 5
SECTION 2. This resolution is effective upon adoption. 6
