Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Pasco County Mitchell Ranch Road Drainage 9
Improvement SW 848 is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 427, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2020-2021 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $475,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Pasco County 16
Mitchell Ranch Road Drainage Improvement SW 848 as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 427. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2020. 19
