RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF SEAN P.
MCGUINNESS, ESQUIRE, OF NORWALK TO BE A JUDGE OF THE
SUPERIOR COURT.
Resolved by this Assembly:

That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Sean P. 1
McGuinness, Esquire, of Norwalk to be a Judge of the Superior Court, 2
to serve for a term of eight years from the date of confirmation by both 3
Houses, in succession to the Honorable Theodore R. Tyma, is approved 4
and confirmed, and he is appointed a Judge of the Superior Court for 5
said term. 6
