Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Hernando County Cyril Drive Bypass Roadway 9
Creation Project is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 292, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2018-2019 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,300,000 from the State Transportation (Primary) Trust Fund 15
is appropriated to the Department of Transportation to fund the 16
Hernando County Cyril Drive Bypass Roadway Creation Project as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 292. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2018. 19
