Tennessee SB 762: Utilities, Utility Districts - As enacted, authorizes the department of transportation to notify by electronic transmission, owners of utility facilities that occupy rights-of-way of any highway on which construction related to the relocation of a utility facility is proposed. - Amends TCA Section 54-5-853.
