Detective Jeff Campanella upon theHONORING
occasion of his designation as recipient of the
Outstanding Service Award by the Town of Tonawanda
Police Club on February 2, 2018
It is the custom of this Legislative Body to recognize andWHEREAS,
honor those distinguished officers and citizens who would devote
themselves to public service, demonstrating great courage and diligence
in providing for the care and welfare of the citizens of their
communities and this great Empire State; and
Within every community of the State of New York, there areWHEREAS,
certain individuals who, by virtue of their commitment and dedication,
command the respect and admiration of their community for their
exemplary contributions and service on behalf of others; and
This Legislative Body is justly proud to honor DetectiveWHEREAS,
Jeff Campanella upon the occasion of his designation as recipient of the
Outstanding Service Award by the Town of Tonawanda Police Club, to be
celebrated with an Awards Dinner on Friday, February 2, 2018, at the
Classics Five Banquet and Conference Center, Amherst, New York; and
A distinguished member of the Town of Tonawanda PoliceWHEREAS,
Club, Detective Jeff Campanella has continually demonstrated extreme
competence, extraordinary intelligence and diligent leadership in his
unwavering service to his community and profession; and
Detective Jeff Campanella has faithfully executed hisWHEREAS,
responsibilities, serving with dedication, loyalty and compassion,
justly earning the respect and admiration of his superiors and fellow
officers while providing his community and its citizenry with the
highest standard of service and protection; and
It is the sense of this Legislative Body that thoseWHEREAS,
dedicated public servants who unselfishly devote their lives to the
preservation of order and the protection of others are worthy and due
full praise for their commitment and noble endeavors; now, therefore, be

That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations toRESOLVED,
honor Detective Jeff Campanella upon the occasion of his designation as
recipient of the Outstanding Service Award by the Town of Tonawanda
Police Club on February 2, 2018; and be it further
That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, beRESOLVED,
transmitted to Detective Jeff Campanella.
