Tennessee SB 2363: Education - As enacted, authorizes the administration of TCAP tests to students in a timed format and requires the department of education to establish the required time limit for each TCAP test and an optional additional time period that may be added to the required time limit for each test if requested by a student. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 6.
