Kentucky HB 156: AN ACT relating to the State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors. Amend KRS 322.230 to allow appointed board members to be removed for cause by the Governor; create a new section of KRS Chapter 322 to establish procedures for removing appointed board members.
