Idaho H 627: LEGAL TENDER – Adds to existing law to provide that gold and silver coin shall be legal tender, to provide that no person or entity may compel another person or entity to tender or accept gold or silver coin, and to establish provisions regarding the prohibition of certain forms of taxation.
