A RESOLUTION
Commending Lynn Robertson for outstanding contributions to education in Georgia; and for1
other purposes.2
WHEREAS, Lynn Robertson of Aaron Conn Middle School is a highly praised educator in3
the Muscogee County School System, tirelessly directing an extraordinary amount of time4
and talent toward guiding students to a brighter future; and5
WHEREAS, nothing is more vital to the future of our state than the education of our young6
people, and Lynn Robertson exemplifies the selfless dedication that is characteristic of our7
finest teachers; and8
WHEREAS, this commitment to excellence in education has earned the respect of students,9
parents, and colleagues, and such laudable work has garnered a nomination as the Muscogee10
County School District Teacher of the Year; and11
WHEREAS, in recognition of such remarkable contributions to the education and welfare12
of Georgia's students, it is abundantly fitting and proper for this body to honor the13
extraordinary accomplishments and academic achievements of this exceptional teacher.14
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that the members of this body15
commend Lynn Robertson for such outstanding work, extend congratulations on being16
nominated as the Muscogee County School District Teacher of the Year, and express their17
gratitude for such invaluable contributions to education in Georgia.18
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed19
to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to Lynn Robertson.20
