Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Transportation Disadvantaged Discounted Bus 9
Passes - Palm Beach is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 308, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2020-2021 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,000,000 from the State Transportation (Primary) Trust Fund 15
is appropriated to the Department of Transportation to fund the 16
Transportation Disadvantaged Discounted Bus Passes - Palm Beach 17
as described in Appropriations Project Request 308. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2020. 19
