Kentucky HB 547: AN ACT relating to employer contributions rates for employers participating in the systems administered by the Kentucky Retirement Systems and declaring an emergency. Amend KRS 61.565 to set the employer contribution rates for the Kentucky Employees Retirement System, the County Employees Retirement System, and the State Police Retirement System for the 2018-2020 biennium at the levels payable in fiscal year 2017-2018; require the board of trustees of the Kentucky Retirement Systems to amend employer rates payable on or after July 1, 2018, accordingly; EMERGENCY.
