Florida IATSE Joint Classification & Training 3 
Committee Training; providing an appropriation; 4 
providing an effective date. 5

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7 
 8 
 Section 1.  Florida IATSE Joint Classification & Training 9 
Committee Training is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10 
The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11 
described in Appropriations Project Request 2, herein 12 
incorporated by reference. 13 
 Section 2.  For fiscal year 2020-2021 the nonrecurring sum 14 
of $67,520 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15 
Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the Florida IATSE 16 
Joint Classification & Training Committee Training as described 17 
in Appropriations Project Request 2. 18 
 Section 3.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2020. 19
