AND EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT CARE INCENTIVE FUND. 3
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: 4
SECTION 1. There is appropriated from the General Fund to the 5
Department of Health and Human Services the sum of five million dollars ($5,000,000) 6
for the 2005-2006 fiscal year. These funds shall be used to provide funds for the Rural 7
Obstetrical and Emergency Department Care Incentive Fund, as established in Section 2 8
of this act. 9
SECTION 2. The Rural Obstetrical and Emergency Department Care 10
Incentive Fund is established within the Department of Health and Human Services, 11
