Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. City of Clewiston Ventura Avenue Improvements 9
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 95, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2019-2020 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,361,000 from the State Transportation (Primary) Trust Fund 15
is appropriated to the Department of Transportation to fund the 16
City of Clewiston Ventura Avenue Improvements as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 95. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2019. 19
