CHAPTER 627 

An Act to amend and reenact � 30-209 of the Code of Virginia, 
relating to the scheduled expiration of the Commission on Electric Utility 
Regulation. 

[S 130] 

Approved April 2, 2020 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That � 30-209 of the Code of Virginia is amended and 
reenacted as follows:

� 30-209. Sunset.

This chapter shall expire on July 1, 2020 2022.
