Sims, Jr. SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED: Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025, as follows: General Funds $182,191,670 Other State Funds $2,149,841,888 Federal Funds $2,493,793,066 Total $4,825,826,624 OMB104 00014 CMA 10014 b SB2531OMB104 00014 CMA 10014 b 1 AN ACT concerning appropriations. 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 3represented in the General Assembly: 4ARTICLE 1 5OPERATIONAL EXPENSES 6 Section 5. In addition to other amounts appropriated, the 7amount of $17,725,000 or so much thereof as may be necessary, 8respectively, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to 9the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for 10operational expenses, awards, grants and permanent 11improvements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, 12including prior years' costs. 13 Section 10.
