Kentucky SB 99: AN ACT relating to employment protections. Amend KRS 337.420 to require an employer with one or more employees to be subject to the wage discrimination requirements; amend KRS 337.423 to require no wage discrimination for what has been paid to current or past employees and prohibit an employer from discriminating against an employee for discussing wages.
