A RESOLUTION to call a joint convention of the House of
Representatives and the Senate for the purpose
of electing a Comptroller of the Treasury and a
State Treasurer.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED THIRTEENTH
GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE, THE HOUSE OF
REPRESENTATIVES CONCURRING, that the House of Representatives and the Senate meet
in joint convention in the chamber of the House of Representatives on Wednesday, January 11,
2023, at 9:30 a.m. (CST) for the purpose of electing a Comptroller of the Treasury and a State
Treasurer, and for the purpose of administering the oath of office to such officials.
