SENATE BILL 1242 By: Sparks

AS INTRODUCED

An Act relating to health insurance; repealing 63
O.S. 2011, Section 1-741.3, which relates to elective
abortion coverage; and providing an effective date.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2011, Section 1-741.3, is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2018.
