Tennessee SB 9039: Health, Dept. of - As introduced, clarifies that a county health officer's quarantine requirements must be in accordance with the department's guidelines and state law; requires the commissioner to review and approve or disapprove a county health officer's plans that are issued pursuant to the necessity to protect the general health and safety of the county. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 5; Title 68, Chapter 2, Part 6 and Chapter 550 of the Public Acts of 2021.
