Guam R -213-37: Relative to recognizing and congratulating Kutturan CHamoru Foundation a successful cultural house of CHamoru performing artist on the occasion of their Thirtieth (30th) Anniversary; and to offer a very special Saina Ma’åse to Fafana’gue Heidi Chargualaf-Quenga for her thirty (30) years of dedication as the Director and Choreographer of Kutturan CHamoru Foundation, and for her tireless efforts to impart the knowledge of CHamoru practices and way of life to the Long Beach community and the greater California area in order to preserve and promote the CHamoru language and culture.
