(a) DESIGNATION.—The facility of the United States 5
Postal Service located at 303 East Mississippi Avenue in 6
Elwood, Illinois, shall be known and designated as the 7
‘‘Lawrence M. ‘Larry’ Walsh Sr. Post Office’’. 8
