RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF THE HONORABLE
EUGENE R. CALISTRO, JR. OF GUILFORD TO BE A JUDGE OF THE
SUPERIOR COURT.
Resolved by this Assembly:

That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the 1
Honorable Eugene R. Calistro, Jr. of Guilford to be a Judge of the 2
Superior Court, to serve for a term of eight years from May 3, 2026, is 3
approved and confirmed, and he is appointed a Judge of the Superior 4
Court for said term. 5
