A BILL TO BE ENTITLED 1
AN ACT TO ADD THE TOWNS OF HOLLY RIDGE AND SWANSBORO TO THE 2
TOWNS THAT MAY REGULATE GOLF CARTS. 3
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: 4
SECTION 1. G.S. 160A-300.5(c) reads as rewritten: 5
"(c) This section applies to the County of New Hanover, to the Cities of Locust, Saluda, 6
and Wilmington, to the Towns of Badin, Beulaville, Butner, Carolina Beach, Emerald Isle, 7
Erwin, Faison, Fremont, Hobgood, Holly Ridge, Indian Beach, Kings Mountain, Kure Beach, 8
Mayodan, Morrisville, Mount Olive, Oakboro, Oriental, Pineville, Shelby, Swansboro, and 9
Wrightsville Beach, and to the Village of Pinehurst only." 10
SECTION 2. This act is effective when it becomes law. 11
