AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 8 and
Title 49, relative to educators.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 49-5-406(b)(2)(A), is amended by
deleting the language "fourteen (14)" and substituting instead the language "fifteen (15)".
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
