AN ACT PROVIDING A FAMILY CAREGIVER TAX CREDIT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

That chapter 229 of the general statutes be amended to provide a tax 1
credit to family caregivers for certain expenditures incurred for the care 2
and support of elderly family members. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide a tax credit to family caregivers for certain expenditures
incurred for the care and support of elderly family members.
