To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to remove
certain age restrictions on Medicaid eligibility for work-
ing adults with disabilities.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Ensuring Access to 4
Medicaid Buy-in Programs Act of 2024’’. 5

SEC. 2. REMOVING CERTAIN AGE RESTRICTIONS ON MED-1
ICAID ELIGIBILITY FOR WORKING ADULTS 2
WITH DISABILITIES. 3
(a) Section 1902(a)(10)(A)(ii)(XV) of the Social Se-4
curity Act (42 U.S.C. 1396a(a)(10)(A)(ii)(XV)) is amend-5
ed by striking ‘‘, but less than 65,’’. 6
(b) Section 1905(v)(1)(A) of the Social Security Act 7
(42 U.S.C. 1396d(v)(1)(A)) is amended by striking ‘‘, but 8
less than 65,’’. 9
