Kansas HB 2182: Establishing the Kansas promise scholarship act to provide scholarships for students who attend postsecondary educational programs that correspond to high-need career fields, authorizing payment of tuition for students who are dually or concurrently enrolled in high school and postsecondary school and requiring school districts to insure against injury or loss during work-based learning programs.
