Tennessee SB 1371: Pensions and Retirement Benefits - As enacted, grants a retirement allowance to a surviving spouse who is a designated beneficiary if the deceased TCRS member is vested instead of requiring that the member have 10 years of creditable service. - Amends TCA Section 8-36-109.
