RESOLUTION VACATING THE DECISION OF THE CLAIMS 
COMMISSIONER TO DISMISS THE CLAIM AGAINST THE STATE OF 
BRIAN VERTEFEUILLE.  
Resolved by this Assembly: 
 
That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 27249 of 1 
said commissioner, ordering the dismissal of the claim against the state 2 
of Brian Vertefeuille, is vacated and the claim is remanded to the Claims 3 
Commissioner for a hearing on the merits. 4
