RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE DECISION OF THE CLAIMS 
COMMISSIONER TO DENY CERTAIN CLAIMS AGAINST THE STATE.  
Resolved by this Assembly: 
 
Section 1. That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 1 
27271 of said commissioner, ordering the denial of the claim against the 2 
state of Nerissa Terry, is confirmed. 3 
Sec.  2.  That  the  decision  of  the  Claims  Commissioner,  file  number 4 
27195 of said commissioner, ordering the denial of the claim against the 5 
state of Kennara Poteat, is confirmed. 6 
Sec.  3.  That  the  decision  of  the  Claims  Commissioner,  file  number 7 
26529 of said commissioner, ordering the denial of the claim against the 8 
state of Jose Vazquez, is confirmed. 9 
Sec.  4.  That  the  decision  of  the  Claims  Commissioner,  file  number 10 
26069 of said commissioner, ordering the denial of the claim against the 11 
state of Frederick Basso, is confirmed. 12 
Sec.  5.  That  the  decision  of  the  Claims  Commissioner,  file  number 13 
25998 of said commissioner, ordering the denial of the claim against the 14 
state of Catherine Riley, is confirmed. 15
