Kentucky HB 475: AN ACT relating to members of the General Assembly. Create a new section in KRS Chapter 6 to permit every member of the General Assembly who so chooses, to have at least one bill of his or her choice, heard on the floor of the house in which he or she is a member; establish procedures for the bill to be heard.
