To direct the Director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration
Services to conduct a review of certain approved immi-
gration benefit requests, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Preserving Integrity 4
in Immigration Benefits Act’’. 5
SEC. 2. PRESERVING INTEGRITY IN IMMIGRATION BENE-6
FITS. 7
(a) IN GENERAL.—The Director of U.S. Citizenship 8
and Immigration Services shall conduct a comprehensive 9

review of all approved immigration benefit requests impli-1
cated in Presidential Proclamation 10998 entitled ‘‘Re-2
stricting and Limiting the Entry of Foreign Nationals To 3
Protect the Security of the United States’’ (dated Decem-4
ber 16, 2025) that were approved during the period begin-5
ning on January 20, 2021, and ending on the date of en-6
actment of this Act, to ensure that such requests were 7
properly adjudicated and applicable standards were prop-8
erly applied. 9
(b) IN-PERSON COMMITTEE BRIEFING.—Not later 10
than September 15, 2026, the Director of U.S. Citizenship 11
and Immigration Services shall provide an in-person brief-12
ing to the Committees on the Judiciary of the House of 13
Representatives and of the Senate, on the results of the 14
review required under subsection (a). 15
(c) REPORT.—Not later than September 15, 2026, 16
the Director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services 17
shall make publicly available online a report containing the 18
results of the review required under subsection (a). 19
