Rhode Island SR 15: SENATE RESOLUTION RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING THE RHODE ISLAND DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION TO PROVIDE RECOMMENDATIONS TO SUPPORT THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF OUR ENVIRONMENT (Bans state purchases of plastic bottles, bags and polystyrene. It would also require state funds to be used to lease or purchase alternative fueled vehicles and renewable energy efficient technologies for use on state property.)
