Kentucky HB 228: AN ACT relating to physician assistants. Amend KRS 311.856 to permit physician assistants to prescribe controlled substances; amend KRS 311.858 to permit physician assistants to prescribe controlled substances; create a new section of KRS 311.840 to 311.862 to establish the Physician Assistants Controlled Substance Monitoring Committee.
