Kentucky HB 323: AN ACT relating to hunting and fishing licenses. Amend KRS 150.175 to require the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources to offer hunting and fishing licenses to active duty members of the United States Armed Forces at the same cost charged to Kentucky residents.
