Tennessee SB 1203: Lottery, Charitable - As enacted, allows a 501(c)(3) foundation connected to a chamber of commerce that has been in continuous and active existence in this state for at least 10 successive years in the county to hold an annual event. - Amends TCA Title 3, Chapter 17.
