eral building, land, or other asset in the name of a sitting President,
and for other purposes.

Mrs. MCCLAIN DELANEY (for herself, Mr. LARSON of Connecticut, Mrs.
HAYES, and Mrs. GRIJALVA) introduced the following bill; which was re-
ferred to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, and in ad-
dition to the Committees on Natural Resources, and Oversight and Gov-
ernment Reform, for a period to be subsequently determined by the
Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within
the jurisdiction of the committee concerned

To prohibit the naming, renaming, designating, or redesig-
nating of any Federal building, land, or other asset in
the name of a sitting President, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Federal Property In-4
tegrity Act’’. 5

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no Fed-3
eral building, land, or other asset may be named, renamed, 4
designated, or redesignated after a sitting President. 5
