1.1 A bill for an act​
1.2 relating to human services; appropriating money to Catholic Charities of the​
1.3 Diocese of St. Cloud for its operation of the Catholic Charities senior dining​
1.4 program.​
1.5 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.6 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; CATHOLIC CHARITIES SENIOR DINING​
1.7 PROGRAM.​
1.8 $420,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $420,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated from the​
1.9 general fund to the commissioner of human services for a grant to Catholic Charities of the​
1.10 Diocese of St. Cloud to operate its senior dining program.​
