Pennsylvania SB 298: An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 51 (Military Affairs) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in proprietary and official rights, further providing for the offense of wearing of uniforms and insignia and misrepresentation of military service or honors; and, in State Veterans' Commission and Deputy Adjutant General for Veterans' Affairs, further providing for Veterans' Trust Fund.
