Tennessee SB 269: Handgun Permits - As introduced, requires the department of safety to promulgate rules regarding requirements for handgun safety course instruction, including qualifications of handgun safety schools and instructors, required for handgun carry permits; authorizes a permit holder to convert an eight-year permit into a lifetime permit at any time. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 13.
