Tennessee SB 2567: Environment and Conservation, Department of - As introduced, requires an operator seeking a permit for the removal of minerals by surface mining and a person who applies for permits under the water quality control act to provide documentation from the county or counties in which the proposed project is located, certifying that the project is in compliance with all relevant zoning laws of such county or counties as a condition to the receipt of such permits. - Amends TCA Title 59, Chapter 8 and Title 69, Chapter 3.
