Kentucky HB 239: AN ACT relating to prevention-oriented child sexual education. Amend KRS 156.070 to permit the establishment of age-appropriate education programs pertaining to the recognition of child physical, sexual, and emotional abuse and neglect and how to report suspected abuse; create a short title, "Erin's Law," for Section 1 of this Act and KRS 156.095(7).
