Tennessee SB 1777: Paternity - As introduced, clarifies that a party to a civil or criminal proceeding in which the paternity of a child is at issue may voluntarily seek a genetic test from an accredited laboratory before a court issues an order requiring the genetic test. - Amends TCA Title 24, Chapter 7; Title 36 and Title 68.
