Kentucky SB 146: AN ACT relating to elections. Amend KRS 118.165 to prohibit any candidate who seeks elected office as a member of the General Assembly, and who withdraws his or her candidacy within one week prior to the filing deadline of nomination, from being appointed to any position of employment within the legislative, executive, or judicial branch of Kentucky; the effective date of this Act is retroactive to January 1, 2018.
