RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF THE HONORABLE
CLAUDIA A. BAIO OF ROCKY HILL TO BE A JUDGE OF THE
SUPERIOR COURT.
Resolved by this Assembly:

That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the 1
Honorable Claudia A. Baio of Rocky Hill to be a Judge of the Superior 2
Court, to serve for a term of eight years from May 3, 2026, is approved 3
and confirmed, and she is appointed a Judge of the Superior Court for 4
said term. 5
