Tennessee HB 2008: Insurance, Motor Vehicles - As introduced, requires each insurer that issues commercial motor vehicle insurance coverage to maintain a record of each commercial motor vehicle insurance policy in effect for vehicles registered in this state that was issued by the insurer. - Amends TCA Title 55 and Title 56.
