National Prayer Breakfast.

SECTION 1. USE OF ROTUNDA FOR NATIONAL PRAYER 3
BREAKFAST. 4
(a) AUTHORIZATION.— 5
(1) IN GENERAL.—The rotunda of the Capitol 6
is authorized to be used on February 1, 2024, for 7
the National Prayer Breakfast. 8
(2) FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICE.—The au-9
thorization provided under paragraph (1) shall in-10

(b) PREPARATIONS.—Physical preparations for the 3
conduct of the event described in subsection (a) shall be 4
carried out in accordance with such conditions as may be 5
prescribed by the Architect of the Capitol. 6
